Those of you who know my dad know that he is a shopper. Most men have to be dragged to the mall, and those same men are the ones you see dozing on the benches outside of the women's stores. Not my dad. He goes to the mall whenever he can. Of course, this would explain the large collection of Nikes, watches, hats, etc. (And this is why my children always have super cool sneakers!) On his day off yesterday, he went to the mall and bought the kids a t-ball set. Spring training camp at the Yanez house has begun. Ethan promptly told my dad that he doesn't want to do sports (ouch!), but after I informed him that doing sports will make him strong enough to be a firefighter he decided that sports would be ok. Mackenzie loved hitting the ball. Hopefully she has more talent with a bat than I did.
Read about all the fun and frivolity we face every day, well maybe every other week since I can't seem to blog very consistently. Good times. Good times.
